Agee Clymer Mitchell & Portman is a law firm founded on the principles of protecting the workers in Ohio. With Ohio roots that run as deep as the industrial and manufacturing history of Cleveland, we are proud to be part of your community, offering legal representation to the injured and disabled workers of Cleveland and Northeastern Ohio.

Founded in 1978 as Agee Clymer and Associates, the firm quickly flourished, becoming one of the best firms providing legal representation for people suffering an injury at work in Columbus. Over time, the reputation for excellent legal service for people hurt at work and those no longer able to work expanded to central and southern Ohio. We now welcome the opportunity offer our nearly 90 years of combined experience to the proud people of Cleveland.

Under the current leadership of Greg Mitchell, Russ Canestraro, Bob Robinson and Eric Cameron, the tradition of providing outstanding claimant representation in the areas of Workers’ Compensation, Social Security Disability, PERS Disability, SERS Disability and Long-term Disability continues. With more than 30 experienced and dedicated professionals on staff, we are able to provide unparalleled, personal service to our clients.

Although all claims are processed in our Columbus office, which is within walking distance of the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation, Industrial Commission and the Social Security Hearing Office, we have eight satellite locations across Ohio. The satellite offices provide each of our clients the opportunity to meet with one of our attorneys in person.
