Jay Dixon represents individuals in claims for Social Security Disability and Supplemental Security Income benefits before the Social Security Administration and in federal court. Born and raised in Lima, Ohio, Jay completed his undergraduate education at Ohio Northern University, graduating with a degree in journalism and criminal justice. While attending Ohio Northern, Jay worked for the school’s newspaper as a reporter, and later as the news editor and managing editor. Jay received his Juris Doctorate degree in 2012 from Capital University in Columbus, and while enrolled was a staff member of the Capital University Law Review. While in law school, Jay interned at a crime victim’s legal clinic, the federal public defender’s office, the United States Attorney’s office, and for United States District court judge Michael H. Watson. In his spare time, Jay enjoys spending time with friends and family, and rooting for the Ohio State Buckeyes and Columbus Blue Jackets.
